This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

đź“‹ Description

• Act as the key point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of industrial customer accounts, overseeing the complete account lifecycle from the initiation of new projects to long-term support.

• Take ownership of customer success criteria from start to finish: establish them, monitor progress, communicate updates, and facilitate the resolution of any risks and obstacles.

• Function as the main liaison for customer tactical and operational teams, conducting regular project status meetings and fostering trusted relationships at all levels of the customer organization—from operational staff to executive leadership. Co-facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews alongside Portfolio Managers and customer stakeholders.

• Proactively identify issues, document risks and challenges internally, and escalate with well-conceived recommendations.

• Assist Account Directors in promoting subscription renewals and expanding contracts by recognizing new value-adding opportunities within current accounts.

• During the project delivery phase, manage the entire project lifecycle: defining scope, gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, coordinating teams, tracking milestones, and ensuring the successful implementation of Imubit solutions.

• Convert customer business requirements into clear technical guidance for the wider delivery team.

• Anticipate project risks before they arise and implement mitigation strategies—keeping the execution on track without compromising quality.

• Organize and lead all significant customer interactions: kickoffs, design reviews, commissioning sessions, and cycles of continuous improvement.

• After a solution is commissioned, transition the account to sustainment mode—ensuring that deployed models remain current, continue to provide value, and adjust as the customer's processes and economic contexts change.

• Constantly seek opportunities to enhance existing solutions or develop new use cases (Inferentials, DLPs, expanded optimization models) across the customer's site.

• Collaborate with Account Directors and Business Consulting on out-of-scope opportunities that create additional revenue streams.

• Utilize your engineering expertise to establish credibility with plant operators, process engineers, and site leadership—positioning yourself as a trusted partner rather than merely a vendor.

• Articulate Imubit's technology, capabilities, and limitations in clear, audience-appropriate language—from site-level operators to C-suite executives.

• Educate and guide customer stakeholders (operators, engineers, management) on Imubit's platform and how to maximize the value from deployed solutions.

• Serve as a liaison between the customer and Imubit's Product and R&D teams, conveying field insights to influence the product roadmap.

• Direct and coordinate a cross-functional delivery team (Implementation Engineers, data scientists, infrastructure) without direct management authority—earning influence through expertise and trust.

• Collaborate closely with Account Directors on account strategy; work alongside Business Consulting on expansion initiatives.

• Share institutional knowledge throughout the delivery organization and contribute to the ongoing improvement of Imubit's delivery methodology.

• Proven track record in one or more of the following areas: program or project management in a manufacturing or industrial environment; plant or process engineering with a customer-facing or consulting aspect; technical account management or customer success with industrial software or technology.
