This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for a range of industrial client accounts, overseeing the complete account lifecycle from the initiation of new projects to ongoing support.
• Take ownership of customer success metrics from start to finish: establish them, monitor them, share updates, and facilitate the resolution of risks and obstacles.
• Function as the primary liaison for customer tactical and operational teams, facilitating regular project status meetings and fostering trusted relationships at all levels within the customer organization—from frontline staff to executive leadership.
• Proactively pinpoint detractors, document risks and challenges internally, and escalate issues with well-structured recommendations.
• Assist Account Directors in driving subscription renewals and expanding contracts by uncovering new value-creation opportunities within current accounts.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle: defining scope, gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, coordinating teams, tracking milestones, and ensuring the successful deployment of Imubit solutions.
• Convert customer business requirements into clear technical directives for the wider delivery team.
• Anticipate project risks before they arise and implement mitigation strategies—keeping execution on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure deployed models remain current, continue delivering value, and adapt as the customer's processes and economic conditions change.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in industries related to manufacturing—refining, petrochemical, cement, mining, or similar industrial sectors.
• Proven history in one or more of the following areas: program or project management in a manufacturing or industrial context; plant or process engineering with a customer-facing or consulting aspect; technical account management or customer success in industrial software or technology.
• Experience collaborating across operations, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Comfortable engaging with and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
