This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary source of business, technical, and product/service guidance for customers, including delivering effective solutions to project inquiries and generating price quotes for project designs.
• Assess customer needs, address troubleshooting issues or complaints related to technical matters, and suggest additional services and product solutions when appropriate.
• Recognize potential areas of concern for customers and provide recommendations by understanding their current and future needs throughout the business relationship.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and facilitate interactions with technical support as required.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and departments to foster sustainable growth.
• Plan and conduct training sessions for internal sales teams and external distributors through presentations and demonstrations.
• The preferred candidate possesses a PhD in a relevant life science field, such as cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, or peptide therapeutics.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills are essential.
• Must demonstrate a customer-focused approach and be proactive/action-oriented.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a quick aptitude for learning new concepts.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail are necessary.
