Solution Engineer II – AI/ML Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with teams to convert business requirements into technical specifications, system architecture, and machine learning pipelines.

• Lead the complete solution delivery process, which includes data preparation, model development, optimization, validation, deployment, and ongoing enhancement.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists; assess and improve their designs and code implementations.

• Create reusable machine learning frameworks, model training workflows, and inference pipelines for swift prototyping and deployment.

• Assess and incorporate cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to enhance model efficiency and system design continuously.

• Address client RFQs and deliver comprehensive technical proposals and solution architectures.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with systems engineers, embedded developers, and application teams for the successful delivery of integrated AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• B.Tech/M.Tech or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related engineering field.

• Generally requires 8–12 years of equivalent work experience.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision.

• Proven history of designing and deploying ML-based systems from initial concept to production.

• Academic publications in computer vision research presented at leading conferences and journals.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
