
Solution Engineer – Cybersecurity, Fraud Prevention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CISOs, Heads of Fraud Management, and Security Leaders within prominent banks and financial institutions.
• Grasp customer challenges and convey how Cleafy enhances enterprise cybersecurity measures, mitigates fraud risks, and integrates smoothly with existing security frameworks.
• Work collaboratively on a daily basis with customer success, product marketing, and product teams.
• Engage with CISOs to tackle issues related to perimeter security, external attack prevention, and real-time fraud management.
• Partner with fraud teams under the CISO, ensuring Cleafy’s cyber-first strategy aligns with fraud risk management initiatives.
• Communicate key market insights and customer feedback to the Product and Marketing teams.
• Conduct technical discovery calls, solution demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), highlighting how Cleafy integrates with enterprise security infrastructures (SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, TXM, etc.).
• Facilitate Technology Deep Dive meetings with customers, closely collaborating with Product Specialists.
• Represent Cleafy at significant industry events, security roundtables, and expert discussions with CISOs, fraud leaders, and security professionals.
• Assist in refining Cleafy’s value proposition across various regions, working closely with Product and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP submissions, security assessments, and technical dialogues that enhance customer confidence.
• Over 3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, customer success, professional services for security vendors, or security consulting with a focus on enterprise cybersecurity, enterprise security, fraud prevention (with a strong cyber perspective), or digital risk (with a strong security emphasis).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of cyber threats, malware, fraud attack sequences, and contemporary security architectures and solutions.
• Practical experience with enterprise security solutions, including SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC, and network security technologies.
• Capability to communicate security-driven fraud reduction strategies effectively to CISOs, security teams, and fraud teams, including cyber-specific details.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese as an additional asset.
• Strong public-speaking skills at cybersecurity conferences, industry panels, and executive roundtables.
• A technical academic foundation in cybersecurity, information security, or a related discipline is advantageous.
