
Solution Engineer – Cybersecurity, Fraud Prevention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CISOs, Heads of Fraud Management, and Security Leaders at prominent banks and financial institutions.
• Collaborate daily with the Sales team, along with customer success, product marketing, and product teams.
• Engage with CISOs to tackle challenges related to perimeter security, external attack mitigation, and real-time fraud management.
• Work closely with fraud teams under the CISO to ensure that Cleafy’s cyber-first approach aligns with fraud risk management strategies.
• Provide key market insights and customer feedback to the Product and Marketing team.
• Lead technical discovery calls, solution demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to showcase how Cleafy integrates with enterprise security infrastructure (SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, TXM, etc.).
• Conduct Technology Deep Dive meetings with customers, maintaining close collaboration with Product Specialists.
• Represent Cleafy at significant industry events, security roundtables, and expert discussions with CISOs, fraud leaders, and security professionals.
• Assist in refining Cleafy’s value proposition across various regions, working closely with Product and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, security assessments, and technical discussions that enhance customer confidence.
• Over 3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, customer success, professional services for security vendors, or security consulting with a focus on enterprise cybersecurity, enterprise security, fraud prevention (with a strong cyber perspective), or digital risk (with a strong security focus).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth understanding of cyber threats, malware, fraud attack chains, and contemporary security architectures and solutions.
• Practical experience with enterprise security stacks, including SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC, and network security solutions.
• Capability to articulate security-driven fraud reduction strategies to CISOs, security teams, and fraud teams, including cyber specifics.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong public-speaking skills at cybersecurity conferences, industry panels, and executive roundtables.
• A technical academic background in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field is advantageous.
