Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client discovery sessions to uncover business challenges, objectives, and key value drivers.

• Convert customer needs into comprehensive future-state architecture and implementation strategies.

• Present tailored software demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to diverse audiences, from front-line staff to executive leadership.

• Tackle technical objections and provide responses to RFPs/RFIs.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to expedite deal closures.

• Create and develop next-generation customer engagement experiences utilizing Twilio’s Customer Engagement Platform.

• Design conversational experiences that integrate voice, messaging, autonomous and human-assisted agents, along with intelligent workflows.

• Develop intelligent flows, prototype solutions, and convert business intent into scalable architectures.

• Knowledge of cloud computing, cPaaS, and AI technologies.

• Outstanding public speaking, storytelling, interpersonal skills, and ability to build consensus.

• An inquisitive nature regarding technology and a readiness to learn new tools.

• Capability to work remotely from Australia, Singapore, or Japan.

• Expected travel of approximately 35%.
