Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical expert and primary customer contact for technical matters during the pre-sales phase.

• Assist the sales team in closing deals and collaborate with on-site technical leads on project scoping and delivery.

• Create technical documentation and narratives for customer-facing materials.

• Define the scope of environments, topology, access models, exclusions, success criteria, and potential risks.

• Conduct evaluations, which include setting up access, preparing for kickoffs, monitoring progress, conducting checkpoints, and presenting readout content.

• Provide Tier 1 support during live evaluations and direct unresolved issues accordingly.

• Manage enterprise security reviews, architecture assessments, privacy and data-handling inquiries, as well as deployment model requirements.

• Deliver technical demonstrations and methodology sessions.

• Design and develop demo environments, including seeded scenarios, playbooks, scripts, recorded demonstrations, and persona talk tracks.

• Facilitate the handoff process with GTM and Product teams while offering feedback on the product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in offensive security: experience as a pentester, red team member, security researcher, or similar relevant solutions experience.

• Ability to understand an attacker's mindset and effectively communicate this to executives and technical teams.

• Practical experience in leading enterprise evaluations or technical proofs of value (POVs).

• Excellent presentation skills with the capability to persuade customer security teams regarding methodologies.

• Proficient technical writing skills for crafting narratives and responding to questionnaires.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic product environment.

• Strong independent problem-solving skills.

• Capability to troubleshoot issues and write code.
