Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, test, and implement automation solutions that meet business requirements.

• Offer support, conduct root cause analysis, and perform debugging to fulfill service level agreements (SLAs).

• Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and integrate solutions with current systems.

• Engage with various audiences and support automation portfolios effectively.

• Ensure adherence to standards, security protocols, and change management processes.

• Collaborate with team members to develop, configure, test, and implement processes that meet established and projected requirements, ensuring high-quality outputs delivered on time and within budget.

• Lead cross-functional meetings to achieve goals or address challenges.

• Participate in Agile teams to deliver incremental advancements and manage changes effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with the Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform.

• Knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing tools such as ABBYY or comparable OCR/IDP technologies.

• Familiarity with system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling.

• Proficient understanding of process engineering software systems.

• Experience with integrating Azure AI services and/or Google Vertex AI is preferred.

• Background or knowledge in the banking or financial services sector is preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
