Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide technical and functional expertise to key prospects and clients.

• Create and conduct product demonstrations and workshops customized to specific use cases.

• Develop technical solutions that align with customer architecture and business objectives.

• Oversee successful Proof-of-Value (PoV) implementations and ensure the maintenance of healthy environments.

• Facilitate seamless transitions from Sales to Customer Success.

• Represent Filigran as a technical consultant during client discussions, engaging with both development teams and C-level executives.

• Assist in the creation of technical documentation, training materials, and integration projects.

• Foster strong connections with the OpenCTI community and its users.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to provide feedback and influence the product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or a Presales role.

• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM).

• Proficient in conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in leading workshops, technical training sessions, or product demonstrations.

• Comfortable working in a remote-first, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

• Fluent in both German and English.

• Bonus: Previous experience in CTEM, breach and attack simulation/pentesting, CTI, SOC, or public sector cybersecurity.
