Solution Delivery Manager – Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.

📋 Description

• Successfully implements energy efficiency programs for utility clients according to contract specifications and budgetary constraints.

• Identifies, defines, quantifies, monitors, and drives program deliverables to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

• Regularly evaluates project progress toward objectives and formulates innovative solutions to emerging challenges and market changes.

• Oversees, directs, and mentors a dynamic team by establishing and assessing performance standards and goals for direct reports, while building effective delivery teams.

• Manages client expectations and satisfaction, facilitates communication, and addresses or escalates any client-related issues as necessary.

• Collaborates with essential internal departments, including IT, Marketing, Finance, and HR, to enhance efficiencies that fulfill program requirements.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct supervisory experience is necessary.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical abilities.

• Experience in integrating software products into service offerings.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential (written and spoken).

• A strong interest in sustainability and a passion for creating a positive environmental impact.
