This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to facilitate a smooth customer onboarding process.
• Create and present onboarding materials for customers (e.g., implementation roadmap), oversee the implementation journey, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Manage internal efforts and foster accountability across various functional areas to deliver client outputs and achieve significant delivery milestones.
• Communicate the value of solutions through reporting, data analysis, and presentations to clients.
• Establish key performance indicators and set performance benchmarks.
• Discover opportunities to enhance solution performance within the customer environment (e.g., best practices for workflows, presenting critical insights).
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in customer success, project management, or solution delivery within enterprise healthcare technology and/or consulting.
• Understanding of revenue cycle management, billing workflows, and/or managed care.
• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise onboarding and implementation for healthcare clients.
• Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
• Proficient in establishing and nurturing relationships with client stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator, experienced in working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and supporting multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for company off-sites, at least twice a year, as well as to client meetings as required.
