This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Assist in the mobilization and coordination of EU RFI/RFP/SQT responses alongside Sales Leads, ensuring that requirements, timelines, and submission readiness are effectively tracked.
• Engage in requirements analysis and compliance mapping to identify gaps and risks while monitoring actions.
• Create and refine technical and clinical response content in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
• Aid in defining solutions for bids and initial engagements, which includes high-level architecture and integration strategies.
• Support the preparation and execution of customer demonstrations, workshops, and discovery sessions, tailoring content to meet audience needs.
• Help ensure demo readiness by assisting with updates to demo environments, datasets, and configurations.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement by gathering feedback and facilitating updates to demo and bid materials.
• Develop and maintain reusable content assets such as response libraries, demo scripts, and supporting materials to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, escalating issues appropriately to aid in meeting delivery timelines.
• Assist with pre-tender and early-stage submissions by providing structured technical input.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools to enhance efficiency and output quality.
• Solid understanding of bid and proposal processes within complex B2B software environments.
• Capability to support customer demos and workshops while clearly explaining clinical and technical concepts.
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail in responses that are structured effectively.
• Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, with fluency in Dutch or German preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines under guidance.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and open to utilizing AI-enabled tools such as Copilot.
• Capacity to work across a variety of European customer environments.
• Experience in coordinating RFI/RFP responses or supporting complex commercial proposals in a Sales-led setting, with a track record of enhancing response quality and meeting deadlines.
• Background in a customer-facing pre-sales or solution consulting role within healthcare IT, diagnostics, pathology, life sciences, or similar regulated B2B software, or equivalent transferable experience.
• Proven experience in running or supporting customer demos and workshops, translating requirements into a clear solution approach and written narrative.
• A clinical, scientific, or healthcare-related educational background is advantageous; equivalent professional experience is acceptable.
• Familiarity with EU procurement and tender environments, as well as bid tooling (e.g., Loopio), is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in molecular diagnostics and/or genomic testing.
• Knowledge in anatomic pathology is highly valued.
• Hands-on experience with NGS, molecular assays, digital pathology, or laboratory information systems (LIS) is strongly preferred.
• This position necessitates a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to utilize them to enhance processes and outcomes.
• Must promote an AI-first sense of purpose and urgency.
• Travel across Europe as required (typically 20–40%).
