This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Contribute to the ongoing expansion of Nexthink by enhancing the Large Enterprise Solution Consulting team throughout North America

• Develop and present persuasive value propositions to executive stakeholders within enterprise clients

• Offer hands-on presales assistance to both new and existing clients

• Work in close collaboration with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams to align with business objectives

• Involve stakeholders from IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management

• Spearhead large-scale enterprise transactions and conduct value-oriented workshops

• Over 5 years of experience in an enterprise presales or technical consulting capacity

• Demonstrated success in partnering with a sales team to achieve or surpass set revenue targets

• Proven experience acting as a key technical resource to introduce new technology into emerging markets

• Familiarity with Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and their management

• Background in Digital Experience Monitoring or comparable end-user experience functions

• Understanding of Cloud, Windows 10, O365, or other migration-related projects

• Knowledge of the ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, or similar quality-of-service disciplines

• Experience in Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance sectors

• Strong business insight and problem-solving abilities

• Tech-savvy with a quick learning curve for Nexthink's products and services

• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication capabilities
