This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Provide pre-sales assistance to sales teams in crafting and showcasing Workiva platform solutions.

• Offer technical expertise through architecture presentations, product demonstrations, and value-oriented messaging.

• Create sample solutions, prototypes, and proofs of concept.

• Interact with customers, prospects, and partners via phone, web, or in-person meetings to drive discovery.

• Determine how Workiva solutions meet the needs of customers and prospects.

• Facilitate smooth customer onboarding and ensure long-term success alongside Client Services.

• Cultivate knowledge of various industries, departments, and pertinent use cases.

• Showcase solutions relevant to Financial Reporting and Controls essentials.

• Develop use cases and utilize existing templates to illustrate solution impact and value.

• Conduct process assessments and create proofs of concept to confirm requirements.

• Construct and present tailored business cases for customers.

• Potentially provide cross-domain coaching, training, or mentorship.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success teams.

• Support Sales with account plans that align with Workiva's strategies and objectives.

• Bachelor's degree or a relevant combination of education and experience in a related field.

• Over 4 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, technical sales, or client-facing SaaS implementations.

• Proficiency in both English and German.

• Experience in engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives.

• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Self-driven with a strong inclination for action, results, and continuous improvement.

• Preferred hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures.

• Familiarity with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting solutions.

• Ability to deliver compelling software demonstrations that emphasize value.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% for team and corporate meetings.
