• Create strategies for territories and accounts to enhance relationships with selected law firms and attorneys across various sizes and practice areas
• Confidently promote and sell all IMS service lines with clarity
• Carry out daily field visits to engage in face-to-face interactions with current and potential law firm clients
• Cultivate strong, enduring relationships through relationship-based sales activities including scheduled in-services, lunch-and-learns, and IMS-organized or sponsored events
• Customize presentations and discussions to address the specific needs of large law firms, regional firms, and boutique litigation firms that may benefit from IMS services
• Enhance awareness and preference for IMS through regular outreach via phone calls, emails, social media, and coordinated marketing efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and support new matters while ensuring a seamless client experience
• Represent IMS at industry conferences, bar association events, and firm programs to boost brand visibility and create new opportunities
• Complete extensive training across all IMS departments and service offerings to proficiently cross-sell and position the entire IMS portfolio
• Develop and execute tactical plans to meet sales quotas and achieve territory objectives
• Perform required outreach and meeting activities with precision and consistency
• Conduct thorough research on firms and litigators to identify opportunities and customize outreach efforts
• Fulfill productivity expectations and case initiation targets
• Act as the client’s advocate while working alongside internal teams to address case and project needs
• Preferred undergraduate degree
• 2–5 years of sales experience within a professional services firm (legal sales experience is preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in selling litigation services, such as court reporting, trial support, or expert services, is advantageous
• Proven track record in generating revenue and managing accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
