Solution Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead the collaboration with customers, brokers, and benefit providers during implementation projects across the UK&I and international markets.

• Collect, document, and analyze customer requirements, creating detailed solution designs that align with Benifex best practices.

• Collaborate with technical colleagues to design feasible and scalable solutions that fulfill customer objectives within the Benifex technology framework.

• Proactively identify risks, exceptions, and edge cases early, creating robust end-to-end processes and workflows.

• Deliver solutions with a strong emphasis on user experience for both employees and customer administrators.

• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on benefits, Benifex solutions, and integrations for internal teams.

• Assist in product development initiatives by providing customer and market insights.

• Represent Benifex as a solution expert during sales meetings when necessary.

• Contribute to and continuously enhance Benifex best-practice libraries, processes, and implementation standards.

• Share expertise and act as a role model within the consulting community, aiding in the development of others.

• Continuously research and broaden your understanding of the global benefits landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing, requirements-gathering role within a project delivery environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.

• Experience with system integration projects, preferably in HR or Payroll integrations.

• Strong ownership mindset with a completer-finisher approach and high accountability.

• Evidence of proactively driving improvements and constructively challenging the status quo.

• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to explain complex or technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Confidence in navigating difficult conversations with empathy and fairness.

• A collaborative team player with a solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset.

• Comfortable working with technology and logical process design.

• Bonus points for experience in the benefits/HR/technology/payroll industry in a consulting or implementation role.
