This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding PLM and project-related issues.
• Analyze and document business processes effectively.
• Create and present solution concepts along with implementation options.
• Estimate the required effort and prepare technical proposals.
• Define and strategize implementations and customizations in Teamcenter.
• Provide clients with advice on potential solutions, strategies, and processes.
• Utilize agile or traditional project methodologies for design and specification tasks.
• Oversee design, implementation, migration, testing, and rollout activities.
• Assist in the configuration, customization, and implementation of customer-specific solutions.
• Engage in projects or assume partial or full project leadership roles.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary and international teams effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or vocational training in computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of PLM/PDM systems.
• Extensive expertise and hands-on experience with PLM/PDM processes, concepts, and methodologies.
• Multiple years of project experience, preferably with agile methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter, including Tc Structure Management, Tc Change Management, Tc Dispatcher, and Tc Scheduler.
• Skills in organization and access management.
• Experience in configuration and server-side customization of Teamcenter using BMIDE.
• Proficiency in client-side customization, both codeless and code-based, for Active Workspace (AW) and Rich Client (RAC).
• Knowledge of Teamcenter integration with CAD and ERP systems.
• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in project management and/or solid experience in (partial) project management roles.
• Strong intercultural competence and ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary, international team.
