Solution Architect – Syndigo, Riversand PIM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Establishes the comprehensive MDM solution, sets delivery protocols, and prepares and reviews detailed designs for precision and adherence to the defined solution.

• Incorporates Industry and Domain Best Practices and Methodologies in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Management, Integrations, Business Intelligence, and Analytics.

• Advises client’s business and technology teams in conceptualizing, designing, and developing strategies for Master Data Management implementation, governance, and rollouts.

• Collaborates with the Project Manager (PM) on scope, tasks, and resource allocation.

• Decides on how the solution will be executed based on the Solution Design Documentation.

• Performs architectural analysis and evaluates business processes.

• Aids in the creation of the object model and the definition of the UI.

• Responsible for managing and nurturing assigned resources, both internal and external partners.

• Validates the overall Infrastructure design and implementation while overseeing the building and maintenance of environments.

• Conducts training sessions for internal teams, partners, and customers.

• Designs and plans testing for assessing the impact of the solution's functionality.

• Manages and coordinates performance optimization efforts.

• Responsible for conducting and participating in Solution Reviews, both internally and with partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of overall professional experience.

• At least 5 years of experience with large-scale and complex data management projects.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on implementation experience with Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, utilizing one of the major MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Stibo Systems, EnterWorks, Winshuttle, InRiver, Riversand PIM, ContentServe).

• At least 3 years of experience in the hands-on creation and updating of data models.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Java / J2EE technologies or a comparable language.

• At least 3 years of experience with database technologies.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience delivering IT Services and/or Consulting projects within a consulting organization to various clients.

• At least 2 years of experience as a project team lead.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis.

• Related degree is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
