Solution Architect – Retail, D365 Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee presales initiatives, which encompass customer workshops, demonstrations, and presentations.

• Facilitate capability and architecture workshops to establish the direction of solutions.

• Create comprehensive solution architectures along with relevant documentation.

• Lead discussions on business transformation and develop strategic roadmaps.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Data Architects, Technical Architects, and senior consultants from global teams.

• Evaluate the viability of new processes and technologies while optimizing business workflows.

• Develop best-practice materials, templates, and tools to enhance presales and delivery efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 to 10+ years of consulting experience in the Retail sector, with at least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier Dynamics AX versions.

• Proven experience with multiple end-to-end implementations as a Solution Architect.

• Comprehensive and detailed understanding of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, with the ability to work across most modules.

• Familiarity with Power Platform and a solid understanding of Microsoft Azure automation capabilities, data analytics, and other technologies linked to business system implementations.

• Capacity to lead a team of functional consultants during implementation projects.

• Experience in conducting presales diagnostic projects.

• Excellent formal and technical writing skills, enabling the swift production of high-quality documentation.

• Strong leadership skills demonstrated through knowledge, experience, and by setting a good example.

• Proficient in communicating with customers at various levels within the organization.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian is advantageous.
