This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions that facilitate collaboration, automation, knowledge sharing, and service optimization.
• Provide architectural support across the M365 cloud platform, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and operational requirements.
• Assess new solutions, enhance platform performance, and promote the adoption of modern Microsoft technologies.
• Architect M365-based solutions for enterprise collaboration, workflow automation, and scalable service delivery.
• Act as the Power Platform Administrator, overseeing environments, tenant configurations, licensing, governance, and platform health.
• Offer expert development support for the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Lead security initiatives for the Power Platform, encompassing access controls, DLP policies, connector governance, and secure deployments.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to meet Microsoft 365 security and data governance standards.
• Support Microsoft Purview functionalities, which include data governance, retention, auditing, and information protection.
• Evaluate Dataverse performance and usage trends, recommending architectural enhancements.
• Provide technical direction on complex M365 incidents and task tickets.
• Support the architecture of OneDrive tenant and backup solutions.
• Contribute to the architecture and administration of SharePoint Online.
• Lead or assist in proofs of concept and pilot projects.
• Develop or direct scripting strategies for automation and administration.
• Maintain accurate architectural documentation, schedules, status updates, risks, mitigations, and deliverables.
• U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident residing in the United States.
• Active Microsoft certification, such as Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102) or Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300).
• Capability to pass federal background checks and secure a Public Trust designation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a large corporate or governmental setting.
• Expert-level proficiency in administering Microsoft Power Platform, including environment management, tenant settings, DLP policies, licensing, governance, and operational support.
• Expert-level experience in developing enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Strong experience in securing Power Platform environments, including access controls, Dataverse security, connector governance, and secure deployment practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, encompassing information protection, retention, auditing, and other compliance functionalities.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools, such as Conditional Access, Entra ID governance, data classification, and eDiscovery.
• Solid technical foundation in .NET development technologies including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Advanced knowledge of Exchange Online, Intune, Azure AD, and the Azure ecosystem.
• Understanding of M365 permissions, retention, and compliance settings, particularly in environments utilizing AvePoint Online Services.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 development and SharePoint Administration, including SharePoint list customization and systems integration via Power Apps.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present acceptable identification for customer badging and site access, such as a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, U.S. Passport, or other approved documentation.
