This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Deliver specialized knowledge during client interactions to design workflows and solutions that accomplish specified benefits.
• Responsible for guiding clients through existing workflows, system upgrades, modifications, enhancements, and continuous system maintenance.
• Serve as the main consultant for troubleshooting client solutions, offering consultation and facilitating knowledge transfer.
• Foster and maintain relationships with clients to ensure proper escalation of issues, share solution knowledge, and provide engagement support.
• Aim to resolve escalated challenges and problems by utilizing solution expertise and knowledge during installation, operation, maintenance, or testing phases.
• Manage client expectations and guarantee that project delivery aligns with engagement objectives.
• Mentor, coach, and guide solution teams on recommended methodological practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in health care information technology implementation or consulting.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Electronic Health Record solutions.
• A minimum of 1 year of project management experience.
• Strong communication skills with technical, clinical, and operational teams.
• Proficient in documenting and presenting architectural concepts, often simplifying complex ideas into a singular overview.
• Ability to cultivate strong client relationships and provide solutions centered around client needs.
• Capable of interpreting complex, high-volume, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively resolve issues.
