Solution Architect, Microsoft Dynamics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Transform business goals and functional requirements into comprehensive, end-to-end solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

• Assume responsibility for the solution architecture and overall design across CRM, ERP, and Dataverse systems.

• Evaluate and enhance existing processes and system landscapes, focusing on the scalability of the D365 environment.

• Analyze and evaluate requirements effectively.

• Contribute to make-or-buy decisions within the D365 context.

• Propose sustainable, maintainable, and scalable solution strategies, considering the total cost of ownership.

• Identify technical and functional risks associated with the solution architecture.

• Guide business stakeholders, product owners, and IT stakeholders regarding solution alternatives and technical feasibility.

• Assist in decision-making processes and escalations.

• Facilitate workshops and sessions aimed at decision-making.

• Establish and ensure governance guardrails along with compliance to standards and best practices for the ongoing development of the D365 landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Several years of professional experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Ideally, familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.

• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes and their representation in CRM and ERP systems.

• Experience in solution architecture and integration scenarios.

• Proficient in Dataverse and related systems.

• Capability to analyze complex functional requirements and articulate them clearly.

• Strong presence at both management and IT levels.

• Excellent proficiency in German.

• Good command of the English language.
