Martech Engineer – AI Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Lead a new initiative in marketing production automation.

• Design and build an internal platform for marketing and creative production automation from the ground up — covering architecture to operational workflows.

• Automate routine processes for marketing teams and reduce the time required for creative production.

• Research, test, and implement AI solutions and tools.

• Create MVP integrations and transform validated solutions into stable, scalable tools.

• Develop a unified automation architecture for more than three marketing domains.

• Assess platform effectiveness through adoption rates, production speed, outcome quality, and automation levels.

• Document solutions and processes to enable support and development by other specialists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in developing and launching technical products, platforms, or comprehensive automation solutions from scratch.

• Ability to independently design solution architecture and make technical decisions without constant micromanagement.

• Practical experience in integrating various services, APIs, and tools into cohesive operational workflows.

• Interest and hands-on experience in working with AI tools, along with a willingness to continuously explore new technologies.

• Product mindset: the capability to address user problems, adoption, and business outcomes.

• Skill in understanding and structuring requests from marketing teams and translating them into technical solutions.

• Self-organization and adaptability to changes.

• Critical thinking, ability to justify decisions, work with feedback, and take responsibility for outcomes.
