Solution Architect – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• You will create innovative, end-to-end solution concepts that seamlessly merge customer experience, transformation, and the application of AI technologies.

• You will evaluate customer needs and processes to pinpoint optimization opportunities and convert them into compelling proposals and tender documents.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will craft forward-thinking service and transformation models that are meticulously tailored to meet individual customer requirements.

• You will oversee collaboration with business units, partners, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure all components are integrated into a cohesive overall solution.

• You will articulate complex concepts through well-structured, visually engaging presentations.

• You will consistently monitor current market and technology trends and proactively contribute innovative ideas.

• Additionally, you will take charge of the methodological advancement of our solution-design approaches and actively engage in the ongoing refinement of our delivery models and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

• Several years of relevant professional experience in customer care & experience, customer service, (strategy) consulting, or solution design.

• A proven record in designing and implementing multidisciplinary and/or cross-country solutions.

• A solid understanding of digital business models, modern CX technologies, automation, and the application of AI.

• Experience in crafting complex solutions and preparing proposals and tender documents; ideally supplemented by experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams.

• A confident presence, strong analytical capabilities, and strategic thinking.

• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to present complex concepts in a structured and visually appealing manner.

• A high level of initiative, a solution-oriented work style, and a passion for digital transformation, innovative customer experiences, and current technology trends.

• Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
