This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy, +2 more countries.
• Deliver Sales Engineering assistance, which includes executing technical demonstrations, proof-of-value (POV) initiatives, and responding to RFI/RFP requests.
• Collaborate with partner sales and technical teams to facilitate joint selling activities and expedite deal advancements.
• Design, construct, and verify integrations between partner technologies and the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform in accordance with established standards and best practices.
• Work in close partnership with Integration Partners, their Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to foster and promote CrowdStrike's technical and business goals.
• Support partners with the evaluation and Not-for-Resale (NFR) environments, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and product training.
• Develop and sustain partner demo environments, including demo scenarios that effectively highlight joint solution benefits.
• Document integration patterns, best practices, and reference architectures for both partner and internal purposes.
• Contribute technical materials to the CrowdStrike partner portal and integration catalog.
• Offer technical insights to CrowdStrike Product teams based on experiences with partner integrations and field observations.
• Enablement & Training: Provide feedback to the technical enablement team to enhance training materials for partners.
• Act as the technical intermediary between internal CrowdStrike teams and partners to foster collaboration and eliminate obstacles.
• Engage in events such as security conferences, lunch & learns, and partner-sponsored gatherings.
• Operations & Innovation: Monitor and report on partner integration health, adoption metrics, escalation trends, and field activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, low-touch partner onboarding experiences through automation and tools.
• Identify and integrate agentic AI solutions to enhance integration workflows, partner enablement, and overall operational efficiency.
• Over 5 years of technical experience in cybersecurity, solution architecture, or sales engineering.
• Previous experience working within or alongside a partner, channel, or alliance ecosystem.
• Background in a security-focused solution architect or sales engineer position.
• Proven capability to manage multiple partner engagements concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including senior executives.
• Professional proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel primarily within the EMEA region and occasionally globally as needed, including attendance at CrowdStrike SKOs and major partner events.
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, boost efficiency, and drive business results.
