This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Independently establish technical program solutions, timelines, and scope for standard CareMetx offerings.

• Collaborate with Product Management and Commercial teams to coordinate cost and pricing inputs during opportunity deal phases.

• Align client requirements with hub operational capabilities, technology platforms, and workflows.

• Create comprehensive workflows for medical, pharmacy, and adherence services, encompassing enrollment, benefits verification, prior authorization, copay assistance, and patient engagement.

• Identify and document gaps, assumptions, constraints, out-of-scope items, and feasibility risks.

• Assist in proposal development, client presentations, and initial solution demonstrations.

• Lead sessions for requirements intake and workflow design with operational, technical, and compliance stakeholders.

• Generate and maintain configuration documents, workflow diagrams, and program materials.

• Organize program design reviews and secure review and signatures for the Program Rules Document.

• Provide solution expertise throughout the Sales and Implementation process until go-live.

• Address client escalations concerning solution and scope management.

• Ensure consistent and reliable attendance.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT technology, software implementation, solution design, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or healthcare hub services sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or technology.

• Experience in healthcare operations, patient support hubs, reimbursement services, or healthcare solution design.

• Strong understanding of hub, pharmacy, and/or adherence services.

• Systems thinking approach with the ability to comprehend impacts across products, services, and solution design.

• Competence in translating client and patient needs into structured operational and system requirements.

• Experience in documenting workflows, business requirements, and system configurations.

• Excellent stakeholder facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Preferred experience in supporting RFPs, proposals, or client solution demonstrations.

• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately at all levels, both in writing and verbally.

• Must be adaptable regarding schedule and hours.

• Some travel may be necessary.
