This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +4 more states.
• Assist in the sales of Federal High Performance Computing and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Design effective end-to-end solutions that address customer business challenges, needs, and opportunities.
• Act as the main technical liaison with clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations, as well as system architecture and design sessions.
• Prepare technical responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Manage customer expectations and handle escalations.
• Convert functional requirements into technical solutions and architect intricate solutions.
• Collaborate with account teams to nurture customer relationships and present strategies for technical transformation.
• Review account pipelines, prioritize pursuit efforts, and advance opportunities toward closure.
• Serve as a solution advocate for designated technologies or domains.
• Engage in in-depth discussions while leveraging market intelligence and thought leadership.
• Align partner products with solution opportunities.
• Establish collaboration networks and disseminate best practices.
• Mentor and advise new solution architects on conceptual designs, technical illustrations, and customizations.
• Provide live demonstrations and walkthroughs for customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• A university technical degree or equivalent technical credentials.
• An advanced degree in technology is preferred.
• Over 8 years of technical experience in IT, emphasizing technical consulting and solution sales.
• Proven experience in designing large-scale solutions using various network topologies.
• Relevant industry certifications based on knowledge and experience are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and project management methodologies/certifications is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Extensive experience in leading solution configurations and developing demos and proofs-of-concept.
• In-depth understanding of company products, software, services, solution domains, and aaS business models.
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in English and relevant local languages as required.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including TCO/ROI concepts and financial modeling.
• Advanced consultative and value-selling skills, including whiteboarding, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Comprehensive knowledge of company business tools and CRM systems.
• Proficient resource management skills.
• Practical experience with products, solutions, tools, or services pertinent to the role.
• Capability to design and develop product or service demonstration playbooks.
• Advanced project and time management knowledge or experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of partner offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong strategic planning and account management skills.
• Familiarity with various GPUs.
• Knowledge of HPC, Infiniband, and Spectrum X is preferred.
• Understanding in the design of AI Factories is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on customer and business requirements.
