This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +4 more states.
• Assist in sales related to Federal High Performance Computing and Artificial Intelligence.
• Design and implement comprehensive solutions that address customer business challenges, requirements, and opportunities.
• Act as the main technical liaison with clients.
• Deliver product presentations and engage in system architecture and design tasks.
• Prepare technical responses for RFIs and RFPs.
• Manage customer expectations and handle escalations.
• Convert functional requirements into technical solutions while architecting complex systems.
• Collaborate with account teams to foster customer relationships and present strategies for technical transformation.
• Review account pipelines, prioritize pursuit efforts, and assist in closing opportunities.
• Serve as a solution advocate for designated technologies or domains.
• Engage in in-depth discussions, leveraging market intelligence and thought leadership.
• Align partner products with solution opportunities based on strengths and competencies.
• Establish collaboration networks and disseminate best practices.
• Mentor and coach new solution architects in conceptual designs, technical representations, and customizations.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent technical qualifications.
• Preferred: Advanced degree in technology.
• Over 8 years of technical experience in IT, particularly in technical consulting and solution selling.
• Proven experience in designing large-scale solutions with various network topologies.
• Relevant industry certification based on knowledge and experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and project management methodologies is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Extensive experience in leading solution configurations and developing demos and proofs-of-concept.
• Deep understanding of company products, software, services, solution domains, and aaS business models.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English and relevant local languages, as necessary.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including knowledge of TCO/ROI concepts and financial modeling.
• Advanced consultative and value-selling abilities, including skills in whiteboarding, managing objections, and closing deals.
• Proficient in business tools and CRM systems related to the company.
• Advanced resource management capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with products, solutions, tools, or services relevant to the role.
• Ability to design and develop demonstration playbooks.
• Capability to deliver live demonstrations and walkthroughs effectively.
• Strong project and time management expertise.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of partner offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong strategic and account planning abilities.
• Familiarity with various GPUs.
• Preferred knowledge of HPC, InfiniBand, and Spectrum-X.
• Understanding of AI Factory design is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on customer and business requirements.
