Solution Architect – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients throughout the implementation process, offering technical expertise.

• Create scalable integration solutions customized to fit customer technical frameworks and business needs.

• Resolve intricate integration issues by coordinating with engineering and product teams.

• Assess and validate integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and an uninterrupted customer experience.

• Convey product insights and shape future product enhancements as the technical advocate for customers.

• Establish trusted partnerships with customer engineering teams, acting as their main technical advisor during the implementation phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Support Engineer, or in a similar customer-facing technical role.

• Deep understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integrations.

• Practical experience with JavaScript and the ability to read and debug code.

• Familiarity with operating systems, databases, and contemporary web technologies.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and work autonomously.
