This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Engaging with clients to provide expert consultation

• Independently designing, developing, and executing customized solutions utilizing the TIVITY platform

• Crafting comprehensive solutions that encompass the entire process from initial concepts and user stories to mockups and the final product

• Serving as the primary liaison between clients and the project/development team to ensure successful project outcomes

• Performing thorough analyses of products and competitors focusing on innovative and leading-edge software solutions

• Leading workshops to uncover solutions for intricate technical and business challenges

• Capturing the client’s vision and requirements effectively

• Developing wireframes to illustrate user flows

• Planning a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

• Iteratively creating data models, queries, user interfaces, and workflows using the platform

• Validating concepts through user surveys and adjusting accordingly

• Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as IT consultant, product manager, solution architect, or similar

• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting user/product requirements, formulating solution strategies, and implementing them

• Experience in coordinating activities or projects

• Familiarity with change, release, and test management processes

• Strong communication, teamwork, and assertiveness skills, alongside solution-oriented and analytical thinking abilities

• Experience working with distributed teams and in remote settings; a dedicated home office space and reliable infrastructure are essential

• Strong customer focus, self-motivation, planning and organizational skills, and determination

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)

• Proficiency in both German and English at a business level

• Professional Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus
