Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client workshops to gain insights into business objectives, collect requirements, and convert them into scalable system architectures.

• Perform FIT/GAP analysis to pinpoint business needs and assess technical viability.

• Create and document comprehensive end-to-end solutions — encompassing workflows, integrations, and system customizations — and lead clients toward approval.

• Showcase solutions through hands-on configuration, testing, and customer demonstrations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Configure and verify Zuora Billing, Revenue, and Add-On products to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams during testing, deployment, and UAT to guarantee successful solution implementation.

• Design and deliver engaging end-user training to facilitate smooth adoption.

• Foster enduring client relationships by offering continuous technical and functional support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of Order-to-Cash experience, preferably in a SaaS or professional services environment.

• More than 3 years of experience implementing billing or CPQ solutions (Zuora, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Amdocs, etc.).

• Demonstrated history of successful customer-facing solution delivery or business consulting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (preferred).

• Proven ability to lead strategic business conversations and communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

• Practical experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, system design, and integration.

• Comprehensive understanding of the SDLC — from workshops and design through to build, testing, and deployment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities with confidence and adaptability.
