Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Technical Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.

• Provide comprehensive solutions that align with client specifications.

• Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to gather client requirements.

• Convert client requirements into technical designs.

• Implement solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing Cloud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud, and Intelligence.

• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms utilizing APIs, custom scripts, MuleSoft, or tailored ETL solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet client expectations.

• Convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Establish trusted relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering further engagement opportunities.

• Effectively manage and prioritize various client engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and custom development.

• In-depth knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud, and/or Personalization.

• Proficiency in AMPscript and SSJS.

• Experience in integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems through APIs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to foster trust with both internal teams and external clients.

• Competence in managing and prioritizing multiple client engagements effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies is preferred.
