Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the overall solution architecture for client implementations.

• Act as a trusted advisor to high-level client stakeholders.

• Direct solution design and promote platform adoption.

• Provide oversight across the client implementation portfolio.

• Lead discovery calls, post-conference evaluations, and client communications.

• Mentor and develop Solution Consultants.

• Contribute to thought leadership and improvements in processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software implementation, with extensive expertise in deploying SaaS platforms for enterprise-level clients, including 3-5 years in SaaS event technology.

• Proven history of gathering, documenting, and translating complex requirements, configurations, and integrations across various systems.

• Established ability to manage overall solution architecture for intricate, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations.

• Demonstrated capability to serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level client stakeholders, aligning solutions with long-term business strategies.

• Proven record of creating significant efficiencies through process design, promoting adoption, and measuring impact.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements and client needs while ensuring quality and satisfaction.

• Experience in event technology, marketing technology, or enterprise B2B SaaS implementation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.

• Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and clients.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
