Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical delivery of PIAM solutions for enterprise clients.

• Maintain the technical relationship with customers from the initial requirements phase through to successful implementation.

• Collect requirements, manage client expectations, and ensure successful outcomes for customers.

• Address complex integrations involving SQL Server, Active Directory, web services, and access control systems.

• Manage the technical scope, timelines, and deliverables for projects.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members.

• Configure and implement solutions that integrate with existing enterprise infrastructures.

• Work collaboratively with enterprise client project teams and global teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in the field.

• Strong proficiency in SQL.

• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and IIS.

• Experience in a customer-facing enterprise role.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Capability to elucidate complex technical concepts to IT teams and business stakeholders.

• Experience in integrating applications, databases, and enterprise systems.

• Willingness to work US hours and collaborate with global teams.
