Solution Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Delivering functional product expertise throughout the pre-sales phase, primarily focusing on showcasing Coupa’s Sourcing solutions.

• Offering subject matter insight into intricate sourcing and optimization best practices that provide valuable direction to prospects and Coupa’s sales team.

• Supporting solutions consultants as they prepare for demonstrations and providing SME assistance during prospect meetings when required.

• Leading training and enablement for the solutions consulting team regarding advanced sourcing products and domain knowledge.

• Partnering with Coupa’s Product Management team to inform future product strategies for Sourcing, guided by innovation and prospect demands.

• Collaborating with Coupa’s demo support team to ensure rich and current content in our master demo environments.

• Working with various internal teams, including Product Marketing and Proposal Management, as a SME for Complex Sourcing and optimization market positioning, webinars, and collateral.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in presales roles within applications, particularly in a SaaS context.

• Subject matter proficiency in Complex Sourcing business challenges and solutions (potential previous experience at Jaggaer, Keelvar, LLamasoft, Bravo Solutions, or equivalent organizations).

• Understanding of business spend management challenges and solutions (including Procurement, Sourcing, Analytics, Contract Management, Travel & Expense Management).

• Ability to excel as an individual contributor in a pre-sales capacity while also training and mentoring others to enhance their knowledge and expertise.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Must thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily domestically.

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
