This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Ensure the success of our clients.
β’ Offer extensive product knowledge, training, and consultative support to our customer base and Success Team.
β’ Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to help clients derive maximum value from our platform through structured programs, focused training, and practical application guidance.
β’ Deliver product and application insights to clients via the Orange Buck program, providing structured support and best-practice recommendations.
β’ Engage in customer health assessments, assisting Customer Success Managers when advanced or detailed application expertise is required.
β’ Support clients with intricate product-related inquiries to foster adoption, efficiency, and long-term success.
β’ You possess the dedication and ambition to enhance our Customer Success organization by combining in-depth product knowledge with customer-facing enablement, ensuring that both clients and internal teams are confident, informed, and successful in utilizing our platform.
β’ Capability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly guidance.
β’ Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, comfortable engaging directly with clients.
β’ Proven experience in delivering customer training, workshops, webinars, or professional services engagements.
β’ You inspire confidence in clients and forge strong trust-based relationships both internally and externally.
β’ A collaborative mindset with experience in supporting cross-functional teams.
β’ You exhibit outstanding responsiveness and professionalism, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ A graduate from a university program in occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, environmental management or science, occupational health, business administration, or computer science, or a related field with equivalent work experience.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Professional Services Consultant managing multiple complex clients.
