Solicitor – Digital Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Supporting a variety of financing transactions, which includes performing company searches, preparing transaction documents, and overseeing conditions precedent.

• Assisting in projects related to outsourcing negotiations.

• Collaborating directly with other HSF Kramer practice groups to provide clients with top-notch legal services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales or Northern Ireland.

• 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with a minimum of 6 months' experience in Banking & Finance Law.

• Familiarity and experience with Banking & Finance transactional work.
