Product Lead – Finance Super App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the product strategy for key areas of a comprehensive finance super app.

• Establish priorities, develop roadmaps, set product standards, and define success metrics across various features or teams.

• Provide guidance to Product Managers, Product Owners, designers, and engineers to ensure effective execution.

• Collaborate across sectors such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.

• Transform regulatory, operational, and business limitations into actionable product decisions.

• Ensure quality during launches, facilitate post-launch evaluations, and promote ongoing improvements.

• Foster a product culture that emphasizes speed, clarity, user value, and honest measurement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading digital product domains, rather than merely individual features.

• Ability to balance strategy, execution, user experience, data, engineering, and business outcomes.

• Strong judgment regarding prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing.

• Experience in leading or mentoring Product Managers, Product Owners, or cross-functional teams is highly beneficial.

• Comfortable navigating high levels of ambiguity, rapid changes, and pressure from senior stakeholders.

• Capable of simplifying complex financial products into user-friendly experiences.

• Background in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or regulated products is a significant advantage.
