Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Ensure precise documentation of company expenditures, payables, and receivables.

• Assist in the preparation, evaluation, and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

• Coordinate and oversee procurement processes, vendor relations, and administrative expenditures.

• Generate management reports focused on cost efficiency, adherence to budgets, and operational performance.

• Aid in compliance with tax regulations, audit standards, and internal policy requirements.

• Collaborate with the CEO to enhance financial controls and reporting structures.

• Manage and distribute equity to stakeholders on a quarterly basis.

• Supervise and review the work of the Finance & Accounting Specialist, ensuring accuracy in invoices, payables, receivables, and expense records.

• Review and authorize financial transactions, ensuring proper coding of invoices and accurate routing.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within financial operations.

• Provide additional finance and administrative support as required.

• Take initiative - own Snappr’s growth and do whatever is necessary to complete tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.

• Experience in reviewing or supervising the work of others in a finance or accounting setting.

• Strong communication skills — daily collaboration with a Manila-based team requires clarity and organization in writing.

• Demonstrated grit, ownership, and a proactive approach - you accomplish tasks and seek improvement opportunities.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• A "let's get it done" mentality.

• Must reside in the United States; alignment with PST is required.
