FP&A Analyst, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the formulation, upkeep, and modifications of the yearly budget.

• Refresh revenue, expense, and cash flow projections.

• Oversee actual budget performance against planned figures, pinpoint discrepancies, and deliver analytical insights.

• Conduct the monthly management closing process in collaboration with the accounting team.

• Oversee the expense reimbursement process.

• Process payments to financial institutions.

• Implement recurring and variable billing/invoicing.

• Update and manage cost centers and the chart of accounts within the Omie ERP system.

• Assist the Accounting BPO with account classification and the appropriate allocation of expenses.

• Reconcile data across the ERP, accounting, and management reports.

• Issue and track client invoices.

• Manage accounts receivable and aid in collections for overdue accounts.

• Facilitate audit processes and respond to regulatory inquiries.

• Prepare and monitor CAPEX reports, personnel budgets, and corporate expenses.

• Guarantee the accuracy and dependability of financial data utilized by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, Controllership, or Financial Planning.

• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost centers.

• Understanding of managerial and financial accounting principles.

• Experience in management closing procedures and financial analysis.

• Knowledge of the Omie ERP system is preferred (or a requirement, if essential).

• Proficient with intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets.

• Acquainted with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow methodologies.

• Familiarity with financial statements, including the Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement.
