This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create professional solar designs and layouts utilizing Pylon.
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for the sales team, ensuring all components and labor costs are thoroughly considered.
• Follow up on outstanding approvals to keep project timelines on schedule.
• Serve as the main administrative liaison between the office and installation teams.
• Compose and distribute installation briefing emails, ensuring that installers receive all necessary site maps, equipment lists, and safety information.
• Coordinate schedule confirmations with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Regularly maintain and update the CRM with lead and project statuses.
• Handle routine email communications with professionalism and transparency.
• Work autonomously to address common bottlenecks during the pre-installation phase.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Solar Designer or in a related position.
• Practical experience with Pylon and ServiceM8.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of solar industry standards and regulations.
• A proactive "self-starter" demeanor, comfortable working independently on routine tasks without constant supervision.
• Excellent written English abilities, particularly for professional email correspondence.
