This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Organize and lead weekly grower meetings in the spring and fall selling seasons (10 meetings per season).
• Enhance meeting participation through outreach efforts, referrals, and strategic territory management.
• Communicate soil health principles in a peer-focused, trust-building approach to groups of 5–20 growers.
• Work alongside Sales Managers and Agronomists to provide an exceptional field experience.
• Act as the primary contact for grower engagement and onboarding processes.
• Ensure the accuracy of CRM data and carry out timely follow-ups on grower commitments.
• Engage in team meetings, coaching sessions, and cross-functional huddles to promote pod success.
• Continuously enhance agronomic and sales communication abilities through Thrive Hive enablement programs.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience interacting directly with farmers.
• Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• A passion for sustainable and regenerative agriculture; familiarity with soil health is preferred but can be learned.
