Softwareentwickler – C#/Perl

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for the ongoing development and creation of our Microservices for SMART COMPARE.

• You will be involved in all phases of software development (architecture, design, implementation, quality assurance, and documentation).

• You work using agile methods and participate in code reviews.

• You collaborate with various colleagues from the areas of consulting, database administration, development, and support.

• You actively contribute to technological advancements—whether in C#-based systems or within the Perl environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience in backend development—either in C# (.NET) or in Perl.

• Either: You have solid knowledge in C# / .NET and are open to learning Perl.

• Or: You come from a Perl development background and are eager to work in modern C#-/.NET environments in the future.

• You have expertise in at least one of the following technologies: web services, relational database systems, Docker, OpenShift, or Jenkins.

• You think critically and beyond the obvious, maintaining a focus on customer benefits even when facing complex challenges.

• You possess a strong quality awareness but understand when "finished" is better than "perfect."

• You experiment, analyze errors, and ensure that the team grows together.

• You have excellent German language skills at least at C1 level, both spoken and written.
