Software Verification, QA Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Perform verification of customer software utilizing the provided technical documentation.

• Produce software builds across a variety of programming languages.

• Detect, analyze, and resolve build-related issues, ensuring that software aligns with quality standards.

• Execute end-to-end testing of application features through multiple scenarios.

• Apply both manual and automated testing techniques to confirm functionality.

• Identify, document, and report bugs or discrepancies to guarantee a superior user experience.

• Assess software requirements and technical documentation to comprehend build processes and dependencies.

• Effectively communicate with team members and clients to grasp requirements and provide progress updates.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and programming languages pertinent to software verification.

• Support backend and frontend development tasks as necessary.

• Engage in DevOps activities, including the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in development or DevOps.

• More than 2 years of experience with the fundamentals of Linux, Windows, and Mac environments.

• Basic knowledge of popular backend programming languages such as Python, Java, NodeJS, and PHP.

• Previous experience or understanding of database and server configurations including MongoDB, SQL, and MySQL.

• Prior experience or familiarity with Git.

• Fundamental knowledge of front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.

• Basic understanding of AWS technologies is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of API configuration is beneficial.

• Experience with various build tools, including but not limited to msbuild, webpack, maven, and similar tools is advantageous.
