This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborates closely with the Business Analyst to create, plan, and prepare training materials.
• Delivers client training on software applications, both individually and in group settings.
• Keeps records of training programs, encompassing evaluations and LMS documentation.
• Enhances learning tools and techniques.
• Ensures client engagement during training sessions (e.g., utilizing visual aids, recognizing when a group or individual requires additional attention).
• Assesses the training environment beforehand to confirm it is adequately prepared and configured.
• Develops and implements thorough e-learning strategies that accommodate various learning styles and objectives.
• Contributes to the development of instructional materials (e.g., videos, quizzes, modules, simulations).
• Integrates interactive learning techniques, such as gamification, scenario-based learning, and problem-solving activities to boost learner engagement.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, communications, or a related bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in training, teaching, or presentations.
• Familiarity with training users in MobileAssessor, CAMACloud Suite, or CAMA is preferred.
• Professional, welcoming, and friendly communication skills that resonate with a diverse clientele, including remote customers, in-house management, and staff.
• Exceptional communication, listening, training, and presentation abilities in a dynamic setting.
• A coachable mindset with the capability to learn rapidly and master/teach new training concepts.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and/or other instructional design and development tools.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment; able to provide constructive feedback and direction to support objectives.
• Comfortable speaking in front of both groups and individuals.
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively during training sessions.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% as required to client locations.
