Software Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test data according to specifications.

• Conduct functional, non-functional, and regression testing for software releases.

• Utilize proprietary tools to verify conversational flows and ensure AI responses align with expected criteria.

• Record, monitor, and manage defects until they are resolved.

• Keep precise testing documentation and assist in enhancing processes.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth, timely, and high-quality releases.

• Contribute to the enhancement of testing standards, procedures, and best practices throughout the function.

• Promote a culture of respect, fairness, safety, privacy, and compliance in all interactions and work practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in software testing.

• Practical experience in manual testing.

• Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr.

• Exposure to automated testing tools.

• Strong grasp of software development methodologies.

• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Experience with Speech Recognition, Voice Biometrics, or Conversational AI is advantageous.
