RPA Solution Architect / Automation Manager – UiPath, Blue Prism, AI, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and expand a comprehensive end-to-end RPA roadmap for the enterprise.

• Evolve targeted automation concepts into fully operational agentic workflows by utilizing Google Cloud AI Agents integrated with essential delivery models.

• Spearhead intricate integration ecosystems that merge Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Social Listening platforms to create cohesive consumer operational processes.

• Compose detailed and reliable Business, Technical, and Product Requirement Documents (BRD, FRD, PDD, SDD).

• Serve as a liaison between senior executive management, core architects, and quality engineering teams by converting large-scale strategic epics into micro-executable Agile user stories.

• Conduct thorough data lineage analysis, structural validation, and risk mitigation across complex system interfaces to avert downstream defect propagation during high-velocity deployments.

• Facilitate daily Scrums, user story grooming, and sprint reviews. Standardize tracking frameworks utilizing Jira Agile dashboards, burn-up/burn-down metrics, and centralized SharePoint configurations.

• Guide emerging technology and analytics professionals. Conduct systematic knowledge-sharing sessions while performing infrastructure cost-benefit and performance evaluations to uncover ongoing efficiency opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis, System Integration, and Product Customization for enterprise IT architectures.

• Over 5 years of substantial expertise in designing and maintaining end-to-end RPA platform solutions and multi-cloud CRM (Salesforce) integrations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks) with Jira to ensure complete pipeline transparency.

• Advanced configuration design capabilities within enterprise RPA platforms (UiPath and Blue Prism) alongside modern API-driven application ecosystems.

• Practical structural experience with Google Cloud AI Agents, Tableau visualization architectures, and extensive data layer manipulation.

• Expertise in advanced query optimization engineering (SQL query tuning, index balancing) to enhance performance significantly across relational backends.

• Strong grasp of structural defect management workflows, automated testing frameworks, and formal validation testing standards (ISTQB criteria).
