This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and oversee detailed test plans, test cases, and evaluation strategies for software systems.
• Establish testing objectives, success criteria, and evaluation methodologies.
• Ensure that testing activities align with program requirements and industry standards.
• Direct the execution of functional, performance, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Conduct automated and manual testing as required.
• Document, analyze, and communicate test results, identifying defects, risks, and areas for enhancement.
• Maintain compliance with software quality assurance standards, best practices, and regulatory frameworks.
• Confirm that security, interoperability, and performance requirements are fulfilled.
• Assist in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines by incorporating automated testing.
• Proficient in testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Postman).
• Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines and the integration of automated testing.
• Familiar with defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla).
• Experienced with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledgeable in cybersecurity testing, secure coding standards, and vulnerability assessment.
• Understanding of system integration testing, interoperability, and requirements validation.
• DoD 8140 Certification.
• 5-8 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or evaluation.
• Demonstrated success in leading test and evaluation activities for enterprise or mission-critical systems.
