This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct live and virtual training sessions customized for end-users
• Work in conjunction with the Solution Delivery and Customer Success teams to pinpoint training deficiencies
• Create hands-on, scenario-driven programs that mirror real customer workflows
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions for trainers on the customer side
• Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance content
• Over 3 years of experience in technical training
• Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, particularly Salesforce
• Proven experience in delivering Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)
• Strong technical skills and troubleshooting capabilities
• Proficient in developing scenario-based learning materials
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs)
